Either the BLACK INK CARTRIDGE is out of ink of it's possible the ink jets (they eject the ink onto the paper) are clogged/dirty. Your software under HP in PROGRAMS from the START MENU should provide a 'cleaning' cycle. How to Clean Print Heads is a link to help you with how.
Why can't people put a problem in the right catagory?
Generally, you can remove the Bios backup battery or use the jumper on the motherboard to reset the bios completely.
Google "reset bios" to get an idea of how to do it, or do the same in Youtube for a video. Lots of them are out there.

Please download the ERD Winternal Image from http://www.mininova.org/tor/857048 and burn it in a CD. Thenboot your PC from the CD. Select your Windows Media Edition for whichyou have forgot password. Without asking for any password you will getinto Windows. Then goto control panel->User Accounts->Select theUsername[for which u want to change password]. Then use change passwordoption to change password. Then Reboot the PC and remove the CD. Nowyour windows password will be reset. Thanks.
