Is it possible to use pgx1 and pgx2 simultaneously with one receiver?

I am planning to buy a handheld mic (pgx2) and use it with my pgx4 receiver. I would like to know if both pgx1 and pgx2 can be used with my pgx4 receiver at the same time. Or do I need another receiver for my pgx2 mic.

That is not possible. The PGX4 can only pick up one mic.

SOURCE: PGX4 receiver/PGX2 bodypack/WL93 lavalier>> mic

Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to troubleshoot this over email. I suggest calling Shure at 800-516-2525. They can help you trouble shoot the problem. Make certain you have the wireless system with you when you call them.

Battery levels seem to be falling very quickly when mic is in use

The PGX2 should get about 8 hours with an Energizer or Duracell battery. If yours does not, send it to Shure for repairs.

I got a new mic and I cant get it to sync to my reciver it is a PGX4 and the mic is a PGX2

The mic is probably in a different frequency band than the receiver. Look at the stickers on the receiver and the mic to make certain they operate in the same frequency range.

Have a pgx4 micro trying to hook up to bose 4400 finding range out of wack need for wedding we need to overlay music is it possible need asap

I assume you mean that there is not enough range in the wireless system. That is, you can't get far enough from the receiver. Try scanning for a clean channel, using the instructions in the user guide. Also make certain the receiver is up in the open and visible from where you are using the mic.

Wireless microphone receiver ready light or audio indicator nogo

It is definitely a Sync issue.

1) Make certain the microphone is ON and the light on it is green.
2) Remove the battery cover from the microphone.
3) point the **** end of the microphone (where it says Sync) toward the Sync button the receiver (about 6-8 inches away).
4) Press the Sync button on the receiver. You should notice the light on the microphone flash.

If this still does not work, call Shure Applications at 847-600-8440.
