Question about HP PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The printer has stopped printing blue. Red, yellow and black print fine. I've installed new color cartidges (several) and the result is the same. Is this fixable?
Try using warn distilled water and Q-tips to gently clean the area where the ink cartridge and the carriage mate up. You may have dried old ink in there which is clogging the print nozzles. Allow to air dry, reinstall cartidges, start machine and let it go through its cleaning cycle. Also check www.hp.com. Hope this helps.
