I'm wondering what you mean by "after repair."
Just what was wrong and what was done to fix it?

Can i bring back the pictures that i have deleted from my memory card using my x10 mini?

Simple asnswer is NO. Not for a flash card as data is store in memory chips and once erased they are gone. Its different for a conventional hard drive as the data is stored on a physical disk and until over-written remain there even if deleted. sorry.

I currently reformated my computer and everytime i try to install the sound driver i get no audio please help :(

Hi. I have seen this problem before.
Although you have the software installed, the device isn't enabled. In order to turn it on, you have to start the audio service.

To do that, click your start button, then click the run button.
Next, type services.msc and press enter.
This will bring up your services console.
Go down to the bottom of the list and you will see Windows audio
click on it, and it will highlight it, as well as give options on the left column.

If the service IS running, then the options will be "stop" and "restart ".
If the service is not running, the only option it will give you is "start".
Start or restart the service, whichever one is available.
Then, double click on the windows audio tab
This will bring up the audio service properties box

Make sure that it is set to automatic.
If it is already set to auto, set it to manual, click apply, then click it back to auto and click apply again.

Next, click on the recovery tab at the top.

On all three selections, choose " automatically restart service" then click apply.

Now exit out of the service console and reboot.

If all goes well, you should now have your audio.

You may have to tell the service "auto" before you can successfully install audio drivers.

My sound is not working i went to control panel sounds and tried everything and it didnt work. if i plug speakers into it i get no response from the sound. and just with nothing plugged in it still doesnt...

ok.....then go to start button, then control panel, then system icon not sound icon then device manager, double click on sound, video and game controllers, this will bring up your audio device/s, click on it/them and in the audio device window does it say your device is functioning correctly, if not install the driver by selecting tabs up the top of this window, ask it to search for driver via internet too to find the driver, if it cant find one what is your audio device called? go to dell website and get the correct driver for your audio device to work on your pc ok, welcome

Hi there
Try resetting the CMOS either by removing the battery from the motherboard for 20 mins and make sure the power cord is removed from the back of the machine. When you put the battery back you will have to set the time and date again

Good luck and kind regards

Upgrade from P4 2.4GHz to P4 3.0GHz Prescott on P4P800

Sounds like the new CPU is bad. The only other thing that it could be is if there are some settings changed in CMOS. I would clear the CMOS and if that does not fix it then the new CPU would be bad.

Audio - does nowrking / forgot pin settings

Your sound for this board is intergrated or known as part of the motherboard. It must be enabled in the BIOS. To get to your bios. During power up on the PC press the F1 key or Delete key ever couple of seconds. Some PC's require you to press other keys to get into the bios like F10 or F2 Use your manual to help guide you through the bios.
If you have a standard set of external speakers, one wire end colored Green, plugs into the back of your PC into the green hole for sound output. The pink colored hole is for a mic. If your bios is set to enable & you still have no sound output reinstall your sound drivers. Your sound drivers can be found on the link below:
