Photoshop is not a free program. You may download a trial version from http://www.adobe.com/downloads/?promoid=JZEFS. If you want a free photo editing program, try Picasa or the GIMP.

How can i start edit a pictures?

You can use lot of programs for that purpose. Photoshop is the best option for that task, but it is not free. You have Gimp software (it is good like Photoshop and it is free and comes from linux world). You have lot of 'easy' application (Paint...). I suggest Photoshop or Gimp.

If I scan a photo using my HP C5180 All-In-One printer, can I go back later and enlarge that scanned photo? I haven't monkeyed around with it too much, and I thought I would aske first.

Hello - Yes you can. You would just need some photo editing software (some probably came with the printer.) If not I recommend you download a copy of Photoscape here. It's freeware and does a beautiful job.
One thing to be aware of is that as you enlarge a digital image it will loose image quality, the larger it gets the worse the quality. For bumping it up a bit it will look fine.
Hope That Helps, Mikeywaf

Where i can find photoshop?

Sellers and product
Fry's sells Photoshop CS4 and Elements.
http://www.frys.com/search?search_type=regular&sqxts=1&query_string=Photoshop&submit.x=19&submit.y=11&cat=0
You can web search for Photoshop CS4 or Photoshop Elements.
You can compare Frys prices with other offers.
Fry's has Elements 9.0 for $31
I have Photoshop Elements 5.0 from 2003, and it is a powerful editor.
Here's my work in Elements 5.0: http://imgur.com/3mavh
I do mechanical work, but occasionally I edit landscapes for friends, and the results are totally acceptable.
So you don't have to buy the biggest and most expensive to get quality results.

Free trials:
Adobe has free trials
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
Keep in mind, that Photoshop is a learning curve ... and it is difficult to learn.
And Help makes sense only after somebody else tells you how to do what you need help with.
And the Adobe site offers tutorials ... which are merely ads about their products.
I tried Lightroom free-trial from the adobe webpage.
Lightroom was not for me, maybe because I do more editing.
But it seemed easy to use, and may be perfect for your needs.

How-to-learn Photoshop
There are lots of sign-up-for-the-course offers on the web ... and these are very helpful
There are Photoshop tutorials on Utube.
Also you can web search exact how-to questions: For example How to copy-and-paste-in-Photoshop-Elements.

A free alternative:
http://www.gimpshop.com/download.shtml
Now, if you do not want to spend money for a photo editor, download free Gimpshop.
I also use Gimpshop.
The Gimp is free, and it is also a powerful photo editor.
You can web search How-tos with Gimp also.
And the nice thing about web searching Gimp how-tos vs web searching Photoshop how-tos is there are a lot fewer promotional come-ons with Gimp [and more up-front help]

I wanna edit photo can u give me any .com i can edit photo's?

Hi lil_cutey200, Check out GIMP. it is a freeware software and has full functionality and quality in editing photo's. the website for gimp is http://www.gimp.org/
To download directly, download from http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
The current version is GIMP 2.6.11 This is for windows XP Sp2 or later. There are older versions for older Windows OS or version for Linux (non windows machines)
It's useful and well worth your time, may not be exactly like photoshop but definatly will be able to perform (edit photo's) for home use.
Good Luck...

I DONT HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER ADOBE PHOTSHOP 7.0

Are you a student at a college or university? Many colleges offer extremely low priced copies of Photoshop and other adobe products. These can usually be downloaded for free with a university email account or purchased for as little as $30. Check with your college book store and on the college web site.
Photoshop 7 is quite old anyway and you are better off upgrading to Photoshop CS4 or simply downloading Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) if you want photo editing software for free.
