If you have a new router, try accessing your router configuration page and set a new wireless network name and a new wireless password.

I pressed the reset button on my router WNDR3400 now i dont have any internet acess. help please

Your wireless router has reset back to default settings. You need to access the GUI of your router to retrieve your wireless info. Connect 1 PC to the router using an ethernet cable. Once you have internet access, open your browser and type in on the address bar to access the GUI. If it doesn't work, try Use "admin" for the username and "password" for the password. Once your logged in, go to the wireless settings and check for the details of your wireless connection.

I have lost the pass code/security key for the Msi router at my mother's house. What can I do to retrieve it? Nick

The WEP, WPA, WPA2 encryption key is in your router's wireless settings. Log into your router and got to the wireless settings, you will need to get the SSID and the encryption key. Then go to your computer/laptop's wireless card and configure it with the router's SSID and encryption key, so it will then connect to the wireless router and the Internet.
