Question about Samsung Yepp YP-Z5AB / YP-Z5AS MP3 Player
Please help me please please i bought this mp3 about 8 months ago its 4gb but only lets me store 2gb!!!! so ive been reformatting the mp3 and then the same thing happens all over again ive tried putting songs on it though explorer instead of media player then the same thing happens its says its an I/O device error or something please help its really odd i have a long bus trip i need my music!!!
Well i heard of a couple of reasons why this may happen, but i cant promise any of these will work but you can give it a shot. 1. there was a couple of issues with older firmware try re flashing with newer version and then formatting it. 2. i heard that in some cases you will have this problem when you have duplicate songs in it, see if you can go trough your music library to see if you encounter an duplicate songs and delete them, its weird i know but i heard that works.
