Tips for a great answer:
CPAP stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure.
It involves wearing a pressurized mask over your face while you sleep at night
to help force air through the airways.
CPAP is used to treat sleep apnea and heavy snoring
but the machine is very noisy and it's not comfortable to sleep with, so it's
worth trying other solutions before turning to CPAP for help.
