Question about Compaq Computers & Internet
I installed a Windows Vista Operating System CD from a Gateway COmputer on a compaq computer that had a previously installed XP operating system. A few days after the installation the computers telling me that you have a missing operating system when I turn it on. I re-installed it and a couple of hours later the same thing happened. What do you suggest?
Did u format HDD in installing Vista? If not, it means the system had dual boot, and XP boot file was missed. u have to fix the boot file to support dual boot completely.
