Serial number labels are usually located in any one of a number of places -
Under the cooktop in one of the corners
Inside the oven door frame (not on the door)
Behind the bottom drawer pullout on the oven, left hand side
If this unit is anything less than 20 years old, there will be a label somewhere.
Reply back you findings and I can give you more information as to how to repair, and we can identify part numbers. You might also try www.repairclinic.com and see if you can drill down through parts when only knowing the manufacturer.

even though the ignitor glows it doesn't mean it's good,it works by amps. it takes 3.2 amps from the ignitor to open the gas valve,part number for ignitor is 5303935066 and it's around 65 dollars.you can look it up on the sears site http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Tappan-Parts/Range-Parts/Model-TGF320DWB/1269/0124002/R0510098/00002?blt=06&prst=&shdMod=
