Static in the background when i am using the phone
Someone help please!!! I got my Shine a couple of months ago and for the past week I have had to switch back to my Razr. My Shine worked okay until recently. I didn't do anything to make it malfunction. I decided to make a call one night and the person i was talking to couldn't hear me, but I had no probmlem hearing them. I called the warranty number on the first page inside of the user's manual, but they told me all I could do was ship it in and that they would have a look at it. If anyone knows anything I could do about this problem, please help.

you must "reset" your LG phone back to factory setting by reading it first at manual book (if you have).one thing you must remember just copy the phone book that stored at phone memory to your sim card.copy the photo/song that you save in phone memory to memory card 'cause when you reset your phone it will back to new again with empty phone memory...

The phone's internal antenna is broken or jammed. Thus it is preventing the phone for getting reception. In this case contact the dealer for the Fix. I think you surely are under Warrenty ( as you told you have it for just a couple of months ).
The phone has no network. It can be caused because the phone's network service is being blocked or being hampered. For this you need to contact the service provider.

Most likely this is a memory issue. Go in to your options and advanced settings to check for available memory. Remove programs you do not use. I am posting a link below that will help you free up memory.

If you want to put music files from your laptop onto your LG Shine, you can either use a LG USB cable or a Micro SD Card.The Micro SD card will probably need an additional adapter to have it big enough for your Laptop or PC slot. Once the music files are on the Micro SD card, insert the card into your LG Shine and go to My Stuff". Then, select "Audio and ringtones" and select the file on your memory card. Press the "Options" button and select the copy function and paste it into your phone.
