If you get the black screen from when you first turn it on it might be worth trying an ATX reset
-Remote the battery and power cable
-Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
-Put the battery and power cable back in and turn back on
Alternativly it could be the grapics driver.
When you first turn the computer on keep tapping F8
You should see Advanced Boot Options, select Safe mode with networking. See if you get a blank screen. If you dont then its the driver and it needs updating.
Look on the manufactures website for the latest version of the driver.
Hello Karthik, This must surely be a problem with your monitor, because you say that you see the white screen while boot up. If this is a graphic driver issue, you may have the problem after booting up in windows. Since its been only a month old laptop, the product must be in warranty for sure. Take away any CDs in the drive, any USB drives and see if this white screen appears. Let us know.
The computer ask for a botabile DISCK something like recoverry disck or a windows setup, put the recovery disck in the cd-rom/dvd-rom and set bios to boot from DVD/CD-ROM and falow the setup instruction.
Have you installed any application/program prior to the blue screen? Most blue screen causes your system not to boot to your operating system anymore. It is possible that your hard drive is crashed due to a virus infections or spywares. Incompatibility and corrupted system registry may affect your system to have blue screen as well.
You may try the following steps below.
1. Restart your computer. After you pressed the power button to restart. Keep on tapping F8 key on the keyboard on and off.
2. Boot advanced option will show up on the screen. You may boot your computer to the following option.
a. Last known good configuration b. Safe mode with Networking.
If Safe mode w/networking works, restore your computer to an earlier using the system restore features.
hi I had the same problem faced twice in one month, and it’s a new laptop just one month old, I have removed battery for for few minutes and fixed it back. And it's working fine now. If it continues what should I do?
