Are you saying the battery is smaller than a watch battery? If so, you may need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

I don't know where you live, but if you are in the US you're probably somewhere near a Radio Shack. Batteries is one thing they do very well. Chances are they will have what you need, or can order it if it's not a stock item. You can also order online. Take the old battery and look at it under a magnifier and you'll be able to read the type number, and that's what you need to get. It's possible the replacement may have a different type number, but will be a correct substitute.

Changed batteries, now won't control power

It is possible you are using the wrong type of battery. A lot of electronics require you to use either Lithium-Ion or less powerful ones. I had this happen once by putting in batteries that were the right size, but were meant for more powerful devices. If you have a cheap set of the right size batteries laying around that are a different type, try those.

Just need a battery, where do I get one. My remote is only 2 years old, is it common to need a new battery?

Most remote batteries will last 6 months to a year for an LCD remote or a year to 2 years for a standard 1 way remote. They're common batteries that can be found pretty much anyway. Most 2 Way LCD remotes use a AAA battery and a lot of 1 way remotes use the "coin" style batteries such as a CR2027, CR2032 etc... These can easily be found and most retail stores and drug stores. Look by the hearing aid and watch batteries. Just match it up with the battery you have in there now. If the remote doesn't have a sliding cover, then use a small flat head screwdriver and look along the seam of the remote for a small notch made for popping the remote apart for battery access.

I have an audifoon loon hearing aid and the battery was put in the wrong way, it is stuck how do I get it out.

You might try a dab of cooking oil around the battery door. Then try prying off the door with an eye-glass screw-driver. If this don't work, you might contact your hearing-aid dealer. I have an Oticon hearing-aid, and I made a similar mistake recently, but I got it done without any problem.

Hearing Aid Battery Problem

This depends on how much energy and power the hearing aid needs, how often you use it and what type of hearing aid it is. Some batteries may last days while others can last weeks. Consult your hearing professional and read through information supplied by your battery manufacturer to ensure that you follow the steps to maximize the life of the batteries.
