Connect the memory card to PC and create necessary Backup i.e; move all the necessary data you want to the PC. Now disconnect the mobile from the PC and format the memory card. During formatting please don't do the following:
1. Pull out the battery from the mobile.
2. Pull out the memory card from the mobile.
3. Turn of the mobile. (Make sure that the mobile have enough charge before formatting.)
Now, I believe you can use the card as normal. You can move the backup on your PC back to phone by connecting it to the PC. Please try to scan the data's for viruses before moving it back to the phone.
Hope this one solved your problem. If you have additional doubts, please come back to us.

With phone switched off, press and hold * key, 3 key, and green call key. all at once and switch phone on. Dont let go till phone starts. When it does, your phone will have formatted and all files deleted (on phone memory only). NOTE: Backup phone memory before formatting (like contacts, messages, gallery, calender data)
