I recently formatted my PC.now i download required files but they are not able to display in proper english format.what should a do?download any microsoft word or office or.....?

What type of file? If it is a word document (ends with a ".doc" file extension), then yes you need to install microsoft word (part of microsoft office).
Alternatively, if you want a free solution, try the open-source alternative called open office. It does most of what microsoft office will do, but it is freeware.

To reset the settings back to English:

1. Set the DM-10 to Voice mode using the blue switch on the back voice recorder.
2. Remove the DM-10 from Hold using the gray switch on the back of the voice recorder.
3. Press and hold the DISPLAY/MENU button on the front of the DM-10 for at least 3 seconds. The menu list is displayed.
4. Click the REWIND button six times to highlight the Format menu item.
5. Click the PLAY button to select the Format menu item. A message will be displayed with Cancel and Start options.
6. Click the REWIND button once to highlight Start.
7. Click the PLAY to select Start. A message stating that the data will be cleared will display briefly. Then a message asking if you are sure will be displayed.
8. Click the REWIND button once to highlight the Start menu item to continue with the format.
9. Click the PLAY select the Start menu item and begin the format. The format progress bar will appear. When it is complete the menu items will be in the English language.

How do I get the at sign on this turkish keyboard

Should be shift and key 2

how to add the Turkish keyboard to your computer running Windows and how to utilize this new keyboard layout.

There are six letters in the Turkish alphabet that are not in the English alphabet, namely '?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?'.

For writing these letters without going into the hassle of using the alt codes or copy-pasting from some other location, you can simply add the Turkish keyboard layout to your Windows computer system.

Using the same keyboard, the layout will change a little to let you allow to type the Turkish letters.

Windows XP and Windows 2000 Users
Go to start/control panel

Here, if you see Date, Time, Language, and Regional Optionsdouble click on it and continue with Add other languages.

Select the Languages tab in the window that will show and click on the button that says Details...In the Settings tab of the window that comes now, click the button that says Add... In the drop-down box titled Input Language, select Turkish. In the drop-down box below that, named Keyboard layout/IME, select Turkish Q and click OK. Click OK until all the windows we opened are gone.
In the control panel, if you don't see Date, Time, Language, and Regional Optionsicon but there is an icon titled Regional and Language Options, double click that.

These instructions apply for the following versions of windows:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition
• Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
• Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition
• Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard Edition
• Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition
• Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Edition
• Microsoft Windows 2000 Server

Windows 98, and Windows Me Users
Go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/Keyboard

Click on the Language tab here, and then click the button Add.

Now, from the list of languages you see, select Turkish. Say OK until all the windows we opened are gone.

Unable to put music on my mp4

The Sansa Clip can only recognize certain file formats (mp4 is not one of them). Your best bet is to only download songs that are in mp3 format. iTunes format will not work. Some WMA's will work, but others will not - it all depends on whether the WMA files has a fixed-term license or whether it has a license that allows transfer to portable devices. Songs in mp3 format will never give you trouble.
