Slow responses this cell is just great but is there any way for speeding up software responses?

Remove old programs that you dont use, Clear out old text messages and voice mails. Clear your old phone call logs.

1. Try install Diskmax http://www.koshyjohn.com/software/diskmax. It's a free application that cleans and defragments your hard drive. It should help make your pc more responsive. Works for me.

2. Consider Upgrading - That is a very old low spec laptop, you should consider upgrading if it's response to simple tasks are time consuming

Check for free space on the C: drive.
Low swap space can cause slow response on programs.

Try speeding up the computer in general, there might be some software running that is slowing down the system and affecting the keyboard response as well.
Check the Task manager and see which process is taking CPU time.

those mouse options, speed, buttons, tapping to click - should still apply to the touch pad - see if Have a look at a TAB called Pointer Options - that will enable you to slow and speed up the touch pad response

these phones tend to use the free memory on the memory card as the CPU would use RAM
i.e the more free space on the memory card the faster the phone would operate
so the best thing would be to free up some memory
something like 50-60mb would do.

if you try settings it has speed of touch and you can change it

try replacing the power supply unit

Restore the iphone to factory settings and retry the jailbreak. You can also restore it and NOT Jailbreak it.
