Can you please explain what is happening, are there any error messages or what happens when you try to print etc.. the more details the better. Thanks

TRY CLEANING THE INK CARTRIDGE. If it doesnt work, go to service center with the printer.

Try to check and make sure your black ink level is still good and not about to go empty. On the printer operator panel, press the Setup button > Maintenance > Ink Levels.
If the black ink level is still good, make sure the cartridges are aligned. Try this approach. On the printer operator panel, press the Setup button > Maintenance > Align Cartridges. Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through the cartridge nozzles and clean them as well as align the cartridges.
Try to print a document again to verify that the print quality has improved.

There should be a wide slot in the bottom of the calculator. In the slot is a black plastic tab. Pinch the tab and pull it straight out and you'll be holding a PR-72 ink roller. Push a new one in the same way, and it will snap into place.
As the warning says, don't try to add ink to an old roller. Excess ink will gum up your printer.
PR-72 is a Porelon product number, from page 5 of this catalog. Other manufacturers make the same roller and give it a similar name: NR72, IR-72, something like that.

It sounds like some of the nozzles on your printhead are not printing.
You can check this by going to the maintenance tab in the printer driver folder for your printer.
The `nozzle check' shows you a grid pattern, and you can tell which colors are not printing correctly. There is a cleaning utility in the maintenance area as well. You should see an improvement with each cleaning. If you don't, stop using the cleaning utility, it will just waste ink.
You can try changing the ink tank, but the problem is usually a clogged printhead. The printhead is available as a user replaceable item, but can be a costly gamble. It is best looked at by a trained tech.
I service these machines, and can tell you, the number one issue with print problems is refilled ink.

try to reset your ink counter.. open control panel->click printer and faxes->right click your printer and click on properties (open printer properties)->click maintenance tab and click ink counter reset and check the ink box you alredy replaced and reset then.
2. if still not work check your print pattern in maintenance tab too and print..
3. cleaning your printer in maintenance properties and print check pattern again...

try to run a maintenance page or to clean the printhead go to your printer panel and select maintenance..and print maintenance page ..or to wipe it on a wet cloth in order to avoid clogs..

Sometimes ,poor print quality may be due to ink build up in the maintenance station ..

Your ink cartridges stay in the maintenance station when not in use. Depending on the printer model, the maintenance station may be located on the right or left side of the printer. NOTE: You do not need to remove the cover in order to access the maintenance station.

To access the wiper for cleaning purposes:
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Move the ink cartridge carrier to the left by gripping the top of the rubber carrier belt and gently pulling it across towards the right-hand side of the printer.
Take a warm, damp paper towel or napkin and gently clean the wiper on the right-hand side of the maintenance station.
