Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Talking on iphone and screen went blank. I know someone is calling because the phone vibrates but shows nothing on the screen
Do you have a protective screen cover on the phone, if you do, you may have covered the proximity sensor at the top. MOst screen protectors cover the sensor causing them to turn off the screen during a call and not allowing it to come back on.
If you do have one on, take it off and try it without.
If this is the case, a Belkin screen protector tends to be the best one because it has the proximity sensor cut out of the plastic
