I tried to install it from the web.. I download the software from the HP wb site, and the message is

I have the same problem.
I downloaded the software to the Hard disk, and the problem remains!
Have you tried to delete the printer first?
Make and model of computer?
Areyuo tryign to instal from the disk? Download the software and driver from the HP website for your model printer and install it.
