Question about AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300 Smartphone
In response to your request for more Info let me try to explain.
I am using an AT&T Blackberry 8300. I connected the phone to a desktop PC. Using a USB adapter. I then move the pictures from the blackberry media card to the PC hard drive. They were saved on the hard drive as "picture1.jpg.rem". When you try to open them on the PC as a PIC it states it can't open file extension rem". When the pictures were moved from the blackberry it appears as tho they were removed or deleted from the media card. I need a solution to either open the files as PICs on the computer or a way to return them to the media card and hopefully restore them to pics. These pictures where taken with the camera feature of the blackberry. Thank you for any help

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
