Rca hd50lpw175 Hi unfortunely my 13 month old tv is no longer under warrenty. but heres the problem i turn on the tv and i get sound for like 30 seconds or so no pic and then the blue lights flash and the tv turns it self off and then on agian and then flashs 5 times and turns it self off again i changed the bulb with not luck same problem any one know what to do ? please help. thanks

No,Ur tv under a year old?Still under warrenty?Call RCA for warrenty repair.This problems is a major problems for the tv.The Tuner board it dead,must be replaced it cost u at lest $200 for a refurbish Tuner board.And u have to do the labors ur self.

TRY THE BLACK LEVEL SETTING AND CONTRAST SETTING

You need to replace the lamp no ohther problem

It sound like the main board problem. Replace the main board will fix it. By the way, if you purchased the TV from Costco then the TV is still under warranty.

aslo do you get sound from a dvd or vcr?
