This is not common to have two different movements in one watch ( mechanical and electronic).
I'm pretty sure that the analog part is battery driven, so, no need to wind it. You may have the watch with two separate batteries, each one feeding its own movement. Check if you have this version and replace the analog watch battery.
If there is only one battery in watch, then the analog part is faulty or the battery is underpowered.
In this case you will need the help of the watchmaker.

How do I set the digital time in my Surface 31874 watch?

When you press the Mode button:

1st press: FRI, SAT, SUN arrows flash. This is chronograph mode. Use START/STOP for stopwatch and RESET for split/clear.

2nd press: MON arrow flashes. This is where you set the alarm. Use START/STOP to advance number, and RESET to switch between minute and hour.

3rd press: TUE arrow flashes. This is where you set digital time. Seconds (in analog time window) flash first. Use START/STOP to reset seconds or advance number, and RESET to switch between seconds, minutes, hour, date day, and date month. Press mode again to exit. Have fun!

Aqualite stopwatch manual

To change the alarm settings on the Aqualite Men's Analog/Digital Watch, press the bottom left "Mode" button until you find the "AL" word next to your alarm time. Then let go of that button. Then press the top right (Start/Stop) button one, two, three, or four times to select your options (alarm on, alarm and chime on, chime on, alarm and chime off)
