Just a quick thought here. Check the paper thickness settings to see if you have a cardstock setting. Some printers need the paper thickness to be set to properly work. Also, when the sheet is printing, place you hand on the cardstock and see if you can help it along by pushing slightly. You may feel and see the obstruction. You can find additional information in the user manual under "Print on special and custom-sized media".
You need to view the print que and cancel all prints.
Do the following:
1.) Navigate to windows control panel and double click Printers and Faxes.
2.) Now double click on your Hp Business inkjet 1000 Printer it should come up with the que.
3.) Click Printer and then click Cancel all documents. That is the Printer tab on the top left of the box.
That should cancel the documents in the print que and you printer should be able to rest now.
no, black ink cartridges are used by the printer for documents. purple is not a solution. ur printhead has gone bad so it wont detect ink cartridges or will give u poor image quality
wait for new printhead,it will arrive any day at ur place through ups. once installed u will be able to get lovely prints from ur printer again. :-)
I had to redo my whole computer because of virus. when i reinstalled windows xp my hewlett-pachard psc 1210 will print. I get a message that says it is not installed and I have tried everything to get it to work. no disk i even install a driver but still wont work help please
I have a HP Business Inkjet 1220 Printer, and the block ink cartridge light is flashing. I replaced the cartridge with a brand new one, closed the door, and black ink light is still flashing. I put in another neew black ink cartridge, closed the door, and same issue- black cartidge ink light flashing. I cannot print- what to do?
