Most of the crinkled paper issues I deal with have to do with the fuser roller lining going bad. If this is your issue the crinkle will be a vertical line from the leading edge to the trailing edge. You will need a new fuser.

When you removed the jammed paper, did the paper come out inone piece, if not did all the pieces that were removed make up the entire sheetof paper? Otherwise there may be still a small piece/s of paper still in the printer, which is causing this error message.
When the paper does not feed straight, dirty or stickyrollers can cause it to jamb or crinkle, also failure to remove all traces ofpaper from a previous paper jamb will cause further paper jambs. Check for tiny pieces of at the edges of the rollers, and remove these piecesof paper.
The rollers may be dirty or sticky and causes the paper tonot feed straight. Try cleaning the rollers with methylated spirits.
This usually happens when the rollers that feed the paper through the printer are dirty. Because your printer is still rather new, I'd imagine that it is a dust problem rather that ink overflow. what you should do is get a cotton swab and some 99.9% alcohol and clean the rollers. The rollers will look like black cylinders and will be in locations that the paper goes. there are usually 2 just inside of where the paper is, and you find some under the cover where your ink is. Once you have cleaned the rollers, try to print again ans see if it still comes out wrinkled.
It the paper comes out crinkled or accordion looking then it is your fuser. Check where your the paper comes out of. There might be a piece of paper jammed in there that is causing this. If no obstuctions then it might be the roller on the fuser cracking and cause it to crinkle the paper. The fuser is the last thing the paper goes through before coming out. It "fuses" the toner to the paper.
Hi there it could be that the fuser or the drum unit has some sticky labels attached to it check these units also check the paper feed path as there may also be some obstruction causing the paper to crease and crinkle.
when this occurs the problem is most of the time with the transport roller, fuser / fixing assembly roller.question is the image still toner only and not fused to the paper.
In these areas there is offen a jammed and not removed piece of paper dislodged in the paper path or jammed in the fuser or the transfer rollers teflon coating has perished inspect the areas carefully and remove any found if the unit still is faulty (fanning of paper the fuser would be the first to be replaced are past there usable life) if so then Post a reply
