Question about Acer Aspire 3610 Notebook
My laptop was connected wirelessly to the printer, and now has lost the connection. Any suestions? (I fixed this myself about a month ago, but don't recall how.) Can you help?
Usually when my computer decides to act up like this (most often it refuses to connect to my school network, even though my other laptops connect perfectly at the same time), I simply go to the device manager and tell it to uninstall then reinstall my drivers. I know this might be tedious, but it usually works for me.
Also, yes, I too wonder why I bring multiple laptops to school, but I suppose I'm a geek like that. Ha ha.
Oh, and just in case you didn't already know, to do what I said,
a. right click my computer
b. go to properties
c. click hardware
d. click device manager
e. go to network adapters
f. right click the one that says something along the lines of "wireless card" or WLAN
g. go to uninstall
h. exit device manager
i. go back to device manager
j. right click the device you just uninstalled (it should have a yellow ! next to it)
k. click reinstall/update drivers
m. Rate me with 4 stars. ha ha
