I bought a belkin cooling pad in november and it died on me, doesn't work at all and i would like to get it replaced. I have the receipt but best buy will not exchane it, says i have to get it replaced by you.
I called the best buy here where i live and told them what you said and they told me that as long as it is covered under manufactured warranty you can bring it back to the store for an exchange for another one so take it back to the store and tell them what i have told you and hopefully you will get this matter solved and if not ask for the manager and tell him and if that doesnt work take it to another best buy store and try it. i hope this works for you and let me know. good luck!
