Okay so this recently.. started to happen, never gave me trouble before. every time i am on you tube i go to a certain video, and then i get this black screen with a white dots going in circles (like a loading signal) and it takes about 5 minutes or even never. then if the video starts to come on and play it will only buffer to a certain point and then it will stop some get along further than others. i just need to know how i can fix this issue. please let me know.
Sounds like your bandwidth has dropped. If after going to this site and checking your speed and if it is say under 800kbps, you need to contact your ISP.

Having same issue on my Note 3 recently on every video on YouTube. Video stop playing every 20-30 seconds but audio keep going. I have to touch position slider every time to make video playing again. Happens multiple time for each video. My friend suggested me to go for Mobile phone repairs Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Try updating or reinstalling your flash player. If that doesn't work, try using a new browser.
If it's still not solved, it might be an issue with your video card driver. Try updating that.

Please explain what error message is coming when you are playing videos through youtube. Main problem of not playing videos is flash player.Whether it is outdated or not properly installed. Try reinstalling flash player or updating.
usually this happen when you have slow broadband connection and video is need more speed then your broadband connection speed if you have 512kbps internet speed you do not have to wait this long to watch video on you tube. check your internet connection speed for you tube video.

This is loading time. Basically, you're not downloading the video information as fast as the video is playing. A simple fix is to load the video up then click the pause button until the video time line is all red instead of gray. Then hit the play button as the entire video will be downloaded and you can watch it without having to wait for it to download like that.
