Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
I keep getting a little message box that pops up when i try to download a song. It downloads the file but when it says "processing file" it will sit like that for a very long time, and i get a message box that says an unknown error has occurred. It only does this once in a while and only on certain songs. I really want the song but it wont download and i've also tried repurchasing it and checking that the connection is good. Im not sure what to do now. Any suggestions?
What you can try is to create a new user and install itunes in it then give a try using Itunes...
if this step works fine, then its issue with windows user profile

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
