On your computer screen at the bottom right corner, there should be a bluetooth icon (if your mouse is a bluetooth mouse) right click the bluetooth icon select ADD a device. after that follow the prompts, at some point it will ask you to have the bluetooth device be discoverable, which means you have to press the bluetooth sync button at the bottom of the mouse, if it blinks then you can proceed connecting or syncing the device. hit me back with the results.

It stopped working, the keyboard is working fine. Replaced the batteries still not working?

When you change batteries you also need to reset your mouse and the receiver.

Back on your mouse is a little connect push-button to reset your mouse.

Eventually also push the black button on the top of the receiver.

This will hopefully help.

My wireless mouse stopped working; I changed the batteries and still no light. Can you suggest a solution? I tried the connect button but no change. Thanks for any help!

usually there is a button on the bottom of the wireless mouse that you can push at the same time you push the button on the mouse adapter on the pc. Simulataneously push both and see if that doesn't help.

If that doesn't work, change batteries. If that doesn't work, uninstall the mouse and reboot. Software should reinstall.

There should be a connect button on the receiver either on the top or underneath, if there is press that button.
Then go to the mouse and press the connect button on that and just left or right click to activate it.
Let me know how you get on or if you need any more help.

Good luck
