Question about Computers & Internet
First open task manager by hitting Ctrl+alt+del at the same time and selecting Task Manager then look for x-lite.exe. If you see this in the process list then click the End Process or End Task button in the lower right hand corner of the Task Manager window. Then try re-installing.
If you're on Vista go to the control panel > Programs and Features
You should be able to find the program there and remove it.
In XP go to control Panel > add remove programs and remove it.
