Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
I have a sharp xe-a20s cash register. When I turn the key to any point it is locked up with E32 error code followed by all zeros across the display. I looked up E32 in the manual. It says I need to assign a clerk number. It has been working fine for the past couple of years til now. Any suggestions on how to clear it?
Yes you are right. you have logged yourself out of the machine. it is telling you to log back in.
Press 1 then CLK# or CASH#

This is correct. You have bumped the clerk button and logged yourself out, so it wants you to log a clerk back on. Try pressing clear to remove the error, then 1 then CLERK (sometimes called CASH# or LOGON or CLK#)
