I had to disconnect my battery and dont have my radio code, can you help please (have jeep grand cherokee 1999)

Welcome to FixYa.

Unfortunately you will not get free codes anywhere on the Net for Chryslers. Each of these radios has a code that is unique to the radio and its serial number. There is no standard Master code for these radios and the code must be retrieved from a special database.

You will need to remove the radio from the dash to find the serial and part number on a label at the very back of the radio.

Then go to this site where you can get your code for £7.99. It is the cheapest around and one of the few around that can do Chrysler radios is also very accurate. Just send them the details and they will email the code back to you.

If you go to the Dealer they will charge you £30 for this service and as stated you will not get the code for free on the internet as only a very few people have access to the Chrysler database for these codes.

Hope this helps. Thanks for using FixYa

I have a Jeep cherokee 2002 model and i do not remember the radio code, what is the factory code....

There is no standard master code for these radios. Each code is individual to the radio and specific to its serial number. You will need to remove the radio from the dash and find the serial number on the label at the back or sometimes it is stamped into the metal case of the radio.
For Jeep codes I can recommend this site which is one of a very few that I can guarantee to do these Chrysler codes online direct from the serial number and it is certainly the cheapest around that I know of.
The alternative is to contact your local Chrysler dealer with the details of the serial but expect to pay a premium price at the dealer if you decide to do it this way.

Need a radio code for my jeep Ser no. TC1AA0134K1033 Pt No. P05091601AE

Keep in mind that the "radio code" is one unique security code for each vehicle devices, so, Chrysler/Jeep codes are virtually impossible to be obtained for free from anywhere on the Internet.

Generally this code is in the last pages of the owners manual or in a label located in side of radio (will need take off t check). In additiona, for the correct code you can try seek further advice here... CLICK HERE

Finally, I suggest visit your Jeep dealer and, with your VIN number and radio serial ask about this information, sometimes they send this data for free, JUST SOMETIMES.

Hope this helps.

there is no site or organization willing to give you a stereo code for free. Some amount of money will be charged in exchange for the radio code.

Radio unlock code can be gotten from the below link:

Also the process to follow in order to successfully unlock the stereo is stated in the link.

In addition this link claims to generate stereo unlock codes for free, you can give it a trail as it might work for you.

Good luck.
