anytime thaqt your air conditioner frezzes up,it is due to two main things.First of all its an air flow issue which is a result of dirty filter or dirty coil.......and the second issue could be a charge issue,either too much or not enough.But if it had been running fine for a while and then frezzes up,that would indicate an airflow issue.
