where do you get to enter the parameters ie admin and password to activate wireless? .modem already set for normal broadband only

open the web browser, type in "10.0.0.138" without the quote in the address bar, press enter. that should bring you the the log in screen of the speed touch.
type in "admin" with password of "SpeedTouch" S and T are capped.
to configure the DSL go to the following link and select the configuration you are look for.
