please remove the memory card of your cellohne and scan it to acomputer with areliable anti virus but dont put it back again to your cellphone, you must restore first your cellphone to factory settings then after that place back your memory card to your phone that will fixed the problem of your phone.

HI there, please scan your mobile by updated mobile antivirus. Its happend because of virus. We are all use it in PC's, for net etc purpose. Thats why the virus came on our hand set. Its a common problem. Or if possible format the system & install the phone OS again. Before that you can try this also. Remove the memory card & accept a phone call. If that time its working well then format the memory card only. Your problem will be solve. Thanks.
It seems that your phone has been storing a lot many sms messages. This would cause the phone to react slowly when you either send or recieve sms's. Make sure to clear out sms from the Inbox and sent folder. you may save the required sms by creating a folder.

Remove the memory card and restart it again. If this starts your phone appropriately, then the problem is with your memory card. Try to use a new one or format the old one with the help of a card reader.

did you tried to format your memory card via phone? if not, try it go to tools then select memory card, click option them select format memory card, then try to install some java applicatins. good lack
I had this same problem, just format your memory card, and the problem will be solved, but remember it will erase all your datas in your memory card, so you better have a back-up somewhere. I hope it will work for you.
