Re: convert 2 pin dewalt charger to 3 pin how
By 3 pin do you mean the third pin being a ground. If so that charger does not have anything internal to ground to. It is a 120Volt Double insulated tool. Let me know if you are trying to do something different.

When a Dewalt charger is showing a fast blinking red light it means the battery is no longer chargeable. It may be because of a bad cell or short inside the battery. Whatever the reason the charger will not charge the battery and it needs to be replaced.
good luck I rigged a black and decker from walmart so far it works it has 2 outputs and the 2 pegs on the edge of the batteries take the juice. It saves about 100 bucks cause you can pick up a b&d charger for 25 bucks.
There could be a number of things wrong inside the charger, and could cause more problems trying to replace components on the board. Your best bet is to look on ebay or some other place to see if you can get a replacement charger.
Wait until you have problems with that Ridgid. Parts very hard to find. Ridgid Tools have great threading equipment like the 700 and 300, but their cordless tools are not easy to get help with. DeWalt has a very good warranty program. The dc920's have had a lot of clutch problems and switch recalls, though. Their saws (mitre, circular, etc.) Best in the business. Good luck, friend. Lemme know if you need anything. Please rate me.
I am afraid you can't do that by the changing plug. However, you can do that by using a Step-down Transformer which will bring 220V to 110v that is what your machine is designed to run on. Check the wattage of your drill before getting a Xformer. Usually the stepdown x-former should have a proper socket at the output side. Good luck.
some models have external brushes for easy changing - when the brushes wear down you can easily change them for new ones, some models have this feature ,it is only of use if you are using your cordless drill on a daily basis.
