One among it has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily....

It sounds like the player was damaged by a power surge. You will need to locate a Sony service facility and obtain an estimate for repair.

Could be issue with your internet provider. Call them and have it look at it. Usually if everything on yourside is good, it could be a hub issue somewhere near you. I had the similar problem once, and I called in my ISP and apparently the hub center in the basement of my complex is having some issue. They fixed in there and it went all awesome after that.

You need the blue ray connected to Internet.then go far left into settings.somewhere drop down menu is where you reactive the.otherwise you can do it online at the sony website for bd players.

you might have the tray lock function turned on. TRy holding the play button for about 10 seconds to see if it unlocks
