Question about Computers & Internet
Right click on my computer and select manage, go to disk management (under storage) and see if the drive appears here. if so it's probably trying to use a letter for drive which is already in use. If youright click on the drive you can change the drive letter to one that is free.
If not appearing as above check your system devices in device manager - it should apear under USB controller as a storage device
