Re: Picture Issues

Yeah... Go to "My Computer," and select the player by right clicking and then hitting explore. You then need to hunt around in those folders till you find your pics and then just highlight them and hit delete. If you can't find them, try starting over, then after you "explore," go to tools-->folder options-->view--> then turn on "view hidden folders" Hope this helps!

I uploaded pictures, songs and videos into 1GB micro SD card. But in Sansa e250 am able to see only songs in it. am unable to view pictures or vidoes stored in SD card. please help me.

The Sansa will only show photos and play videos from its internal memory, not the microSD card. You can put music on the card, but not photos or videos.

Try to reformat the card. Go to My Computer then right click the drive corresponding to your sd card and select format. Put some music back on, and try again. When your Sansa boots you should get a message stating it's refreshing the database. Good luck.

Once you connect your Sansa® e250, a pop-up should appear on your computer that asks what you want to do with the device. Choose View with Microsoft explorer, it should be the second to last option. From there you should see some folders and some other stuff. choose the PHOTO folder and delete the pictures inside. You should be able to do the opposite to add them. You can simply drag-and-drop the photos into this folder from another as long as they are the same format.

I accidentaly sinc music to my sansa e250 from windows media player and it wont come off!!!

Mp3 files can be loaded using either WMP or Windows file manager (Explorer) but a different USB setting is required by each. WMP uses the MTP setting while Explorer uses MSC. If you used the wrong setting this may have caused your problem. Also for some reason MP3 files loaded using a file manager will not appear when trying to view them using WMP. To solve the issue I used the MSC setting to view all of my MP3's using file manager. I then deleted the ones I had recently added, changed the setting back to MTP and reloaded them using WMP. Worked like a charm. Hope that helps.
