Question about KitchenAid Dishwashers
When the dishwasher is turned off water is still running into the dishwasher from a hole in the side of the dishwasher causing it to fill and overflow. The hole has a plastic piece witrh a plastic nut. I shut the water off under the sink to the dishwasher and the water stopped running out of the fill hole.
Had the same problem with my Bush dishwash..fixed it by pushing the float up and down a few times to break up the salt etc in the plastic float chamber now works great. ken Torrevieja Spain firstname.lastname@example.org

I had a diswasher with thils problem several years ago. The problem was wiith the plastic float at the bottom. It had hardend greese buildup that kept the float from moving freely. Removing the float and cleanning fixed the problem.
