This can slso be caused by a bad or dirty themistor in the fuser. you need a tech to come out and test the thermistor, then=mistors. they check the heat in the fuser if the heat is tooo low your machine can be stuck in warm up mode.

that could be a hard drive problem lets try the following switch off the machine, while holding down 8+0 switch on the machine when the machine is in test mode key in 690 press start or initialize the machine will say please wait when its finished switch off the machine wait a few seconds and switch on if it does not go ready the hard disk drive should be replaced
That is a "second laser synchronization error". Try this: Hit the yellow button, press numbers 1, then 0, then 7, then hit the orange key. When it goes into SP mode, turn off the copier and unplug it. Wait 15 seconds then plug back in and turn on. If that does not fix it then you need to call a tech to service the machine.
Hi that normaly indicates the there is something wrong with the HDD. open the back of the machine and unplug the HDD. Swith the machine on. If it turns on the HDD is faulty. The machine will work without the HDD but you will not be able to use the doc server. To fix the HDD plug it in to a PC and initilize it. (right click my computer, manage, disk management, right click on drive, initilize. Put it back in the machine.) Should solve the problem.
If no error code comes up then you have a hard drive error in your Print controller.
Remove the back cover (unplug machine) remove the cover for the controller (controller is in upper right on rear side of machine and disconnect the hard drive.) Plug machine back in and see if it comes to ready. if so replace the drive, if not controller is bad.

If your machine show CC201=When the paper jam condition is not reset for 10 minutes the code is automatically generated.For reset please enter in the SP mode turn main switch OFF,unplugged and wait 10 sec.Plugged and turn ON the power switch.
This is a fuser temp. problem -- must reset and/ or replace thermistors.
Press clear modes button then 1-0-7 then hold down the clear stop button. When display changes touch copy sp modes. Turn may power off and wait about 30 sec. Turn power on. If the machine comes to ready you are ok for now. If code returns you must replace thermistors. If you need to replace thermistors, contact me and I will get you part numbers and instructions.
