Odd warning sound when trying to start computer

When i am trying to start my computer, it just makes odd and really anoying and loud warning beeb sounds.. like every other second and the computer wont start. After this condition i increased cpu clock a little bit, same amount that i have increased before.. like 15 points up or something. So can someone tell me do i have to buy a new cpu or something? Or is there something else i could do? Thank you

it's just that, all this happened after i increased my cpu clock so is there anything i can do to make it to the bios and put the setups as they were?

Bought a new cpu and cpu fan. Tried everyone of my memory chips one at the time.. and STILL nothing.. the same beeb comes over and over again.. this beeb lasts like second and then its silence like two seconds and again and again.. i know that this prob is about my bios settings, about overclocking but how on earth i can revert these settings?

Continious beep on booting is an indication of bad memory, lower the clock speed back to normal. Otherwise, try removing some of your memory chips and try one at a time until you find the bad one.

Beep codes from the bois normally indicate a hardware configuration or faulty hardware error. From the msi site they are using award bios. Here is a link to what the codes mean.

Listen carefully to the beeps and try to identify the problem and fix it.

From the MSI it looks as if there are very particular memory configurations make sure you have it setup correctly. Link.

This is short false-alert of the time gap during start-up, and it happens on Intel based boards. Just take care of fan controls in BIOS, and try to locate missplaced fan connectors viewing the board layout. I know the lunatic who plugged a processor fan into system fan connector, and everything works fine, but monitoring is too bad, got it?

HELP 04 Hyundai Sonata Intake

Boy, it sure seems a lot of work to capitalize every word...

It is an odd answer, but I think one or more of your intake valve are not sealing. Engines make a horrific amount of noise if you pull one spark plug, then start it with the other plugs still in.

There just is nothing in the intake system that can make noise, except what is on the other side of the intake valves.

Do a compression check. If the intake valves are having a sealing problem, the compression will be low.

If the cam that opens the intake valves is late, you could get a short backward flow just before the valve shuts, which could make some noise.

This is a truly odd complaint you have. But that;s all I can think of that could do this.

My sony vaio VGN-CS11S is soo noisy

The fan's bearings are probably going bad, or there may be some object that was sucked in to cause the noise.

Loud bang, sounds like the motors going to drop out when the compresser kicks on,17 years old, relpace/repair

The actual internal motor in the compressor dome is mounted on springs. Over time these get weak and hence the loud bang noise when the motor hits the sidewall of the compressor housing. It is not too serious and will probably work for ages. Just anoying. Leave it until it really packs up.

Still odd warning sound when starting the computer

Reset your CMOS...

If you don't have a Jumper to reset the CMOS, pull out your power cord, open the computer, and pull out the motherboard's battery leaving it out for about a day (Don't plug in the computer's power cord during this time period). About 24 hours later plug the computer's power cord back in and try a boot (Don't put the battery back in to your motherboard at this time).

If this problem persists check manuals to see if there is a method to reset the CMOS by moving a jumper. If there is not such a method available you might have to send the motherboard back to the manufacturer requesting the BIOS ROM chip be replaced. Depending on if you're still under warranty or not you might have to pay a small fee.

If at any time the boot is successful, enter the BIOS and save the default settings. Afterward shut down, pull out the power cord, and place your battery back in to the motherboard.

Hopefully you get it fixed.
