my intel 845 gvsr motherboard hangs every 3 to 4 hrs,wen i restarts it saying system shutdowns due to over thermal heating,i tried everything but no use i hope i can find answer here,

Apprenticecpu socket may be dry balls inside , so it may hangs, restart, some time on/off problem and display problem.
