Hi, I had the same problem with my RX500.

All you need to do is perform a reset, by pressing and holding the "Stop", "B&W", and "Power" buttons all at the same time and holding them down for at least 10-15secs. It may take a few goes as there's a bit of a nack in getting the buttons pushed at the same time.

Word of warning... Unless you fit an external waste tank or replace/clean out, etc...the waste pads in the printer you will eventually flood the printer with ink as the pads will oversaturate and leak.

There are specific instructions for the RX620 model and you should be able to extrapolate the same solution for the RX500 as well using resources for other epson inkjet models.

Google keywords: "RX620 waste ink" will find what you need.

Epson Stylus Photo R300 has error message, "Service required. Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life. See your Printers documentation for details" Can't find correct document. One...


You actually need to change the ink absorber.

Heres a video on how its done on the R800.

Please refer to your manual for proper localization of the ink absorber.

Doing this will get you to move on

when i swich on my Printer C43, both the indicator lamp is blinking, and tehn appear the message:
"Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life"
