Question about Epson Stylus Photo RX620 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, I had the same problem with my RX500.
All you need to do is perform a reset, by pressing and holding the "Stop", "B&W", and "Power" buttons all at the same time and holding them down for at least 10-15secs. It may take a few goes as there's a bit of a nack in getting the buttons pushed at the same time.
Let me know how you get on.

Word of warning... Unless you fit an external waste tank or replace/clean out, etc...the waste pads in the printer you will eventually flood the printer with ink as the pads will oversaturate and leak.
There are specific instructions for the RX620 model and you should be able to extrapolate the same solution for the RX500 as well using resources for other epson inkjet models.
Google keywords: "RX620 waste ink" will find what you need.
