Oven door has come apart and front section has come off the door. Now have only one pane of glass on the interior side of the oven. It looks as though it has been glued in place, what do I need to do to...

I am afraid that yours is a common problem. The front glass normally has some small brackets glued to the inside face, which then locate into the door frame. The link will take you to a site that sells oven door glue

Wall oven, the front of the door has fallen off - glued on by the looks. So now instead of handle and window I now have one glass panel. I need to re glue it I presume. What glue would I use.

This is the correct Heat Resistant Adhesive

How do I get the inside glass panel back onto the door?

You will find sets of screws ether on the outside edge of the door OR on the inside panel. You can NOT! use any glue to "seal" the Glass this will make everything smell like the sealant you picked to use. your door was probably used as a resting spot for something heavy and caused the doors skin to be bent OR when you Cleaned the oven with the clean feature it caused the door to warp. Your option is to get a replacement part to fix the problem you can stop by any appliance parts shop and ask them what the best thing to do is and/or buy the part there you can "pull the door" off the hinges by lifting the door straight up at you and take the part to the stop for help and or replacement

The inner glass door on my zanussi oven has come

You should be able to repair your existing door. Have a look around the perimeter of the door to see if there are any screws, particularly near the handle. You are looking to take the front fascia off the door, so that you can access the inside. Most doors have the front fascia held on by small brackets glued to the back of the glass that clip on to a fixing on the internal door. The top of the fascia is normally held in place by the handle. Once you have the front of the door off you can retrieve the piece of glass that has fallen out. You will almost certainly find that the glass has come away from the adhesive that was used to hold it in place. You will need to clean up the glass and the metal door and re-stick the glass using a high temperature oven door glue

How to put oven door back on after removing!

Although very tight (because the oven is only 1 yr old) i managed to get the hinges into the open position, then slide the door into position on the oven and close the door. The hinges did go back and lock as they should but I struggled for almost 30 mins before success.

How do i take the oven door off? The handle has come off on one side and the screw is now inside the door. I assume i need to take the door off and unscrew somewhere??

In general, most oven doors can be lifted up and off when they are in the 'just or slightly open' position. The hinges have a 'hook' on them which slides down and hold the hinge in securely. So Check where your door 'hinges' and look for a vertical slot the door disappears into - try lifting it up then out.

Once its off, look for screws on the inside or on the edge of the door - they will get you inside the door itself. Watch out for glass insulation fibres ( if its very old may even be asbestos... those fibres are highly dangerous to breathe in...long term they are fatal !!)

If it has a glass see through window, its a good time to clean all the glass ( use oven cleaner on burnt on stuff). Find and replace the screw and use some thread locker on the thread before you screw it in. No locker?? try some super glue, but screw in real fast and tight before its sets and do the other screw at the same time. (Chances are you will never have to do it a 2nd time so who care if the screws are glued in anyway)

My oven door does not close tight

These hinges are now obsolete and you cannot get them anywhere. The poblem with this type of hinge is not with weak springs or anything like that, it is with the pivot pin in the door hinge. Follow these instructions and it will not cost you anything for the repair.
It is best to remove the oven from the housing. Remove both sides of the oven panels, you have to remove the top first, then the sides (remove about 20 screws all together). Support the bottom oven door first by tying a bit of string between the bottom and top oven door hand rails. This will stop the door falling down when you remove the springs. unhook the springs and the door will just slide out. (Use a loop of string attached to the back end of the spring to pull it from its holes.)
Dismantle the door by removing the screws. You will probably find that the the hinge pivot pins have come away from the U shaped hinge bracket. The secret is to make sure that these are fixed firm back into the bracket. What I did was to nip the U hinge bracket in a vice, (or use pliers) so that the pin will now protude slightly each side of the bracket. This allows more surface bearing area so the pin will not pull itself out of the hinge. To further make sure, I glued the ends of the pin with epoxy resin.
Then reassemble.
My door now feels like a new one even though it is 15 years old.

The glass on the inside of the oven door has fell away while i was cleaning it,can not see any way of putting it back on,is it glued on?

that is your heat safety glass if the outer pane is still there, you will need to dismantle the oven door and reseat it in its frame in the oven door, the screws are on top of door and on inside when door is down,im sure you'll find it..and dont run self clean w/o safety glass in place, outer glass wont take the extreme heat of self clean feature
