Get your IMEI code, call your provider for it's location. Advise that
you will be traveling out of the country and you need your phone
unlocked. As long as you are a customer in good standing and your bill
is up to date, you will be given an unlock code specific only to your
phone NOT any other phone of the same type.

Hello Chase--I've just gotten off the phone with a rep from Pioneer Cellular in their Kinfisher, OK office and the answer is no, they do not support any Windows Phone devices. Furthermore, they will void your service if you use an unlocked phone.
There are other pay-as-you-go options for WIndows phone if you are interested, let me know.
You can get samsung sgh-x510 imei unlock code from your network provider or buy from third party sites. But always remember don't use free samsung unlock code from forum or untrusted source, since that unlock code usually is a fake one and can't unlock your phone.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. http://www.unlock-zone.com I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.
HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim. Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you. There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.
