How to change dvd into film?

Well, if you want to change DVD into film, you need a DVD ripper program to do that. For Windows computer users, they can use a free program named VLC Media Player.

Let's say, now we want to convert DVD to MOV format. Steps will be shown below.
  1. Insert the DVD you want to rip into your computer and open up VLC media player.
  2. Select "Media" on the top menu, and select "Open Disc..." from the drop down menu.
  3. Click the "Play" drop-down menu, and choose "Convert".
  4. Choose "Video for iPod SD" in the "Profile" drop-down menu.
  5. Choose your "Destination file", and then click "Start" to convert DVD to MOV.
All these done, you have succeeded to convert DVD to MOV. You can now play the movie on QuickTime player.

Importing to PC

Hi,

It clearly seems that these two programs you are talking about are conflicting with each other. There are two scenarios on which we can work.

At this point of time what i would suggest you is to uninstall the program which came with the DVD Camcoder and Reinstall it again.

If it still does not work than you need to uninstall the Photoshop premier Elements and than check whether the Hitachi DVD software is working or not.

If it is working than you may have to compromise using the Photoshop premier Elements.

Note :- To uninstall a program you need to go to the "Control Panel" and you need to open "Add and Remove Program". Here you will see the list of programs installed on your computer, You may highlight the one you want to uninstall and click on "change/remove".

To install the Hitachi Software you can use the disk you have got with the DVD Camcoder.

Caution : Before you uninstall the Hitachi software make sure that you have the Hitachi software disk with you to reinstall it.

Hope you would find this as a good solution. Will wait for your raitings to find out whether it was of some help or not.

Thanks
Sammy

How do i transfer my videos from my camera to my PC???

Hi ,
Connect camera to power and USB .
Set power button on "on".
Rotate selection ring knob on "play" ( green arrow ) and open screen .
Wait for camera to be recognized by your OS ( sound " ding dong " in Windows for instance ) .
With joystick inside ring knob , select " PC connect " on the screen of the camera , press on joystick to PC, press again to HDD and wait for connection confirmation .
Now open " My computer " or " computer " on your machine . You will see the camera recognized as a supplementary drive . Clic on the icon , see the files and copy them to your HDD .
Note there are MOD files , you can reed them on your machine but still will not be abble to create a dvd .
Please , look in " fanaudi's solutions" if you need to solve this new issue .
Thank you for visiting FixYa .

How do i upload a recorded dvd to my computer

The term you are refering to is actually import a dvd. There are several programs out there to accomplish this. I use pinnacle studio 12 as it is the easiest to figure out.
http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/us/Products/Consumer+Products/Home+Video/Studio+Family/

If you dont want to use this then you will need some video editing program to import the dvd from the DVD drive in your computer. This will give you a Video file that you can edit in the same program and then burn it to DVD. Feel free to check out our web site our to give me an additional e-mail to ask more indepth questions.

I am trying to copy the DVD I finalized in the Canan DC210 to ano

Simple way if you have two dvd trays in your computer: just pop in the mini-disk in one tray and load a DVD+r, or DVD-r recordable disk in the tray of the DVD burner. Use the burning software that is available on your computer to "copy the disk".Other way:Just popin your mini-dvd into your computer and drag and copy the file folder (video_ts folder)onto your hard drive. Now, use dvd burning software that supports DVD images. I use the free ImgBurn program from: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ImgBurn. (Remember, use "build mode" within ImgBurn to create the "DVD image" that the program will burn to disk.Disregard all the terminology if you don't understand it. ImgBurn is very simple to use. I mention "DVD image" because the conventional type of disk burning (copying documents, photos, etc. on disk) will just create a "data disk" with files on it. Video files burned in this way will play on computers but not on all stand alone DVD players.

Which wires and programs do u need to have to put my vidoes onto the computer my video camera is CCD-TRV128 NTSC

This is analog video camera and can not be connected directly with computer.

Computer requires video files in digital format to store / write it on HDD or write a CD / DVD.

Best option is hook camera with DVD Recorder and burn DVD, now you have video of camera in digital format and can upload / transfer in computer for desired task.

I'm trying to load a disc onto my computer but it keeps saying the disc is corrupted. How can that be?

It could be. Try intervideo.com. Thats a good DVD program. If you have an ATI video card in your computer, you might have a DVD for their player as well. Either way both programs will provide you with a DVD decoder for playback as well.

If you didn't finalize the DVD after you recorded it, that error can happen as well. It can by fixed by reinserting it back into the DVD Camcorder and finalizing it.
