Question about PC Laptops
beg to state following lines for your kind consideration.
I gave my laptop (Model NoV6425 TU,SERIAL NO-CNF7343NZB)to be service center Berhampur branch for DVD Drive replacement.At that time except DVD Drive all parts ware functioning better.During product delivery time (date 24/01/2009).I found that key pad not functioning at all.When i complain above this problem the service center representatives replied that we are not responsible for other fault.
Please,consider this complain latter and suggest any solution for repair of the laptop.
Do not speak to the representative speak to the manager or some supervisor and then tell him or her about the prob or tell them for the better business bureau and they will definately help u or ask them for the refund of the money.....
