The switch simply turns the radio on and off, if it can stay in the on position just leave it in the on position. It should stay enabled if the radio is "on". There really is no reason to keep rurning the radio on and off. If you need to disable it, then just go to the device manager and disable it there. The switch is a pain to replace, first you have to find the right one, then the soldering of the switch is another battlle all to itself.

Hi Lavanya,
Some machines can't read large capacity Sd cards my old Hp Nx6125 could only read max 1Gb. If your card is larger then you may need to purchase an up to date external card reader, most read up to 8gb and are not expensive.
