Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi there, hoping you can help?
I've had really no problems with this machine. So the other day I go to send a fax from the top and I could tell it wasn't right. Normally it feeds right in and you hear a little click/beep. well now the roller is down and kinda stops the paper before if reaches the sensor part.
I can do everything but send a fax. It receives no problem but when I try to send one. It will take the paper, I dial the number, it takes the paper through but does not dial the number, then says CHECK DOCUMENT.
So I hit ok and that send the paper all the way through.
I don't get it? I see the Alarm flash for a second but no errors or anything?
I just unpluged it for a while still nada?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
